Your Finest Touch 30-Night Trial, Explained

A little clarity before you order: here is how the Finest Touch 30-Night Trial works, what qualifies and what to keep handy.

Choosing a lounger involves practical preferences, from the filling to the care routine. For eligible purchases, our trial gives you time at home to decide whether you are happy with your choice.

Check your eligibility

• Your lounger must be purchased through the Finest Touch website.
• It must be non-personalised, with no embroidery.
• The delivery address must be within Malaysia.

The trial applies automatically to qualifying purchases. Personalised or embroidered loungers and products delivered outside Malaysia are excluded. The policy also excludes returns for ordering the wrong design, so check your chosen design before paying.

Start counting from delivery

The trial begins on the date the lounger is delivered. Save your order confirmation as proof of purchase and note the delivery date. This keeps the return window easy to track.

Order preparation is separate: we currently dispatch within 7–21 working days after payment is confirmed, with additional time for courier delivery. Those preparation days do not start the trial.

If it is not the right fit

1. Contact us within 30 nights. Email info@finesttouchbabystore.com with your order number and reason for returning.
2. Arrange the return with our team. Keep your proof of purchase available.
3. Pack it securely. Use the original packaging or suitable protective plastic. The lounger must be in good condition, without stains or damage.
4. Allow for return shipping and inspection. Customers cover the return shipping cost. Refunds depend on the returned lounger meeting the policy requirements.

The policy states that eligible refunds are issued within 7–14 working days after we receive the returned lounger, following inspection. A damaged or stained return may not qualify.

Keep the two return windows clear

The lounger trial has its own conditions. Standard returns follow the separate Refund Policy, including a 14-day window from receipt and requirements for unused items in their original condition and packaging. Use the policy relevant to your purchase.
