Quite disappointed with this purchase compared to my previous one. I bought the duck feather & kapok lounger for my daughter before, and it was much thicker and felt more premium. This time, the lounger is noticeably thinner.
It also took about 1½ months to arrive, and I only received my order after following up with the HR team.
That said, I do love the new lounger cover design—it's beautiful and definitely an improvement. I just wish the lounger itself had the same thickness and quality as my previous purchase.
Bought this for my-to-be born baby. Decided to purchase just the lounger because I already have the kapok infant lounger, crescent pillow & some swaddles. Comfortable baby lounger. My baby boy loves it. Decent sized we can even put in in the baby stroller provideing extra comfort. Plus with the Cat inspired patterns and custom embroidery. The cover is quick dry and easy to remove.

Our Easy Care Infant Lounger features a bouncy 3D polyester filling designed for easy washing and quick drying. Our Duck-Down Feather Infant Lounger contains a blend of duck feather and down alternative.
Both current lounger models are machine washable. Follow the care label for your specific lounger and wash its removable cover according to its own instructions. Make sure every part is completely dry before use.
Can my baby sleep in the lounger?
Loungers are for awake time with an adult actively supervising. They should not be used for naps or overnight sleep, even with supervision. If your baby falls asleep, move them onto their back in a cot or bassinet with a firm, flat mattress and no pillows or loose bedding.
How does the 30-Night Trial work?
Our trial applies automatically to non-personalised loungers purchased through this website and delivered within Malaysia. It begins on the delivery date.
If you are not satisfied, contact us within 30 nights with your order number and reason for returning. Returned loungers must be clean, undamaged and securely packaged. Proof of purchase is required, and customers cover return shipping.
Refunds are subject to inspection and the full 30-Night Trial Policy. Personalised or embroidered loungers are excluded.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are dispatched within 7–21 working days after payment is confirmed. This covers order preparation before your parcel is handed to the courier. Courier delivery takes additional time and varies by destination.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping within West Malaysia with a minimum spend of RM200. Check the shipping total at checkout before completing your order.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to Malaysia, Singapore, Australia and Brunei. Delivery times vary depending on your destination and the courier.
Can I personalise my lounger with my baby’s name?
Yes, we offer name embroidery for a special, personal touch. Please contact our team before placing your order to enquire about personalisation.
Please note that personalised or embroidered loungers are not eligible for our 30-Night Trial.
How do I request a return or report a problem?
Our standard return window is 14 days from the date you receive your item. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. Eligibility and exclusions follow our Refund Policy.
