Email your order number and reason for return within the trial period. An approved refund is processed within 7–14 working days of receiving the return.

Trial eligibility: Loungers bought on this website, without personalisation or embroidery, and delivered within Malaysia. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Return requests require proof of purchase; returned loungers must be protected in suitable packaging and free from damage or stains. Refunds are subject to inspection and the full trial policy.

What is the difference between the two loungers?

Easy Care uses washable, fast-drying 3D polyester filling with a bouncy feel. Duck Down uses a 40:60 feather-to-down-alternative blend for a firm yet fluffy feel, and is machine washable and dryer safe. Both measure approximately 76 × 46 × 11 cm.

How does the 30 Nights Trial work?

The trial starts when your eligible lounger is delivered. It applies automatically to website lounger purchases without personalisation or embroidery, delivered within Malaysia.

If you are not satisfied, contact info@finesttouchbabystore.com within the trial period with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping and inspection conditions apply. Read the full trial policy.

Can I add my baby’s name?

Yes. Enter your preferred name in the personalisation field on the product page before adding the item to your cart. Leave the field empty if you do not want personalisation.

Loungers with personalisation or embroidery are not eligible for the 30 Nights Trial.

Is shipping free?

Free shipping is available for deliveries in West Malaysia with a minimum spend of RM200. Shipping charges for other destinations are shown at checkout.

Is the trial the same as the return policy?

The 30 Nights Trial has its own eligibility and return conditions for loungers. The general Return & Exchange Policy is separate.
