Quite disappointed with this purchase compared to my previous one. I bought the duck feather & kapok lounger for my daughter before, and it was much thicker and felt more premium. This time, the lounger is noticeably thinner.
It also took about 1½ months to arrive, and I only received my order after following up with the HR team.
That said, I do love the new lounger cover design—it's beautiful and definitely an improvement. I just wish the lounger itself had the same thickness and quality as my previous purchase.
Bought this for my-to-be born baby. Decided to purchase just the lounger because I already have the kapok infant lounger, crescent pillow & some swaddles. Comfortable baby lounger. My baby boy loves it. Decent sized we can even put in in the baby stroller provideing extra comfort. Plus with the Cat inspired patterns and custom embroidery. The cover is quick dry and easy to remove.

If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund.
Timing: we have a 14-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.
To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
For returns, please email info@finesttouchbabystore.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
